Chinese suppliers are exporting the following economical black film faced plywood in large quantities to Dubai UAE (United Arab Emirates), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Yemen, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait and other Middle East countries.
Option I:
Film faced plywood, Chinese black film, poplar core(A grade), MR glue or WBP (Melamine) glue, 1220กม2440x18mm / 12mm / 15mm
The core veneers are whole piece of poplar. The quality of option I is good. The prices are also reasonable and acceptable. If clients require better glue bonding strength, we can use WBP (Melamine) glue instead of MR glue. The price of WBP (Melamine) glue is a little higher than MR glue, but is still economical. However, if clients need even more cheaper film faced plywood, we would like to introduce the Option II.
Option II:
Film faced plywood, Chinese black film, poplar core (B+ grade, B grade), MR glue, 1220กม2440x18mm / 12mm / 15mm
The core veneers are whole piece poplar core veneers mixed with medium size poplar core veneers. The Option II is cheaper. The quality of Option II is reasonable and practical.
